How we work

One contact for the whole purchase — from the first question to the documents your customs broker needs.

From request to delivery

  1. 1

    Request

Tell us what the equipment must do, how many units, where it goes and by when. A short email is enough to start.

  2. 2

    Shortlist

We compare factories and send two or three suitable models with factory prices, certificates and lead times.

  3. 3

    Sample

If you need to test first, we arrange a sample or a demo unit.

  4. 4

    Order

You pay in advance, we place the order with the factory and follow production.

  5. 5

    Inspection

Before packing, we check quantity, labels, accessories and test reports at the factory.

  6. 6

    Shipment

FOB or CIF to your port, with commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin.
